I know what you're getting at, but remember that different bone-structures and base muscle-levels can shift things around a lot. We'd have to see her or an approximation of her body-shape to get an idea of how small/light she can get and still be healthy. And I'd say 125 might be pushing it.
Then again: weight is weight. Body fat would still be a more reasonable measurement.
I rarely talk to people about Paleo/Primal, but, when I do, it's when they're NOT complaining about their weight or health.
You see, I don't really "do" pity. And one thing I've learned about people is that they're more open to suggestion when they're happy and stable. When they complain they only ever want pity, not to be advised.
