If I paid $2 would he hire an editor?

Because I'm not slogging through a book full of "sentences" like this: "It would be easier to be liked and for this book to be well-received by continuing to re-affirm your beliefs about what is and isn’t healthy, because when someone says something is healthy that you think isn’t, you react with serious objection."

    um, what?

Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine

I agree with Matt about some things and think he has a lot of good ideas, but still disagree with him about starches. Yes, low carb is a crock, but there are still some good reasons to limit grains and tubers, even if they help raise body temp.
