    If I paid $2 would he hire an editor?

    Because I'm not slogging through a book full of "sentences" like this: "It would be easier to be liked and for this book to be well-received by continuing to re-affirm your beliefs about what is and isn’t healthy, because when someone says something is healthy that you think isn’t, you react with serious objection."

    um, what?

    I agree with Matt about some things and think he has a lot of good ideas, but still disagree with him about starches. Yes, low carb is a crock, but there are still some good reasons to limit grains and tubers, even if they help raise body temp.
