    Zesty fried eggs

    Primal Fuel
Made this by accident and was astounded by the taste sensation.

Drizzle some lemon into a frying pan, add some turmeric.

Crack in your eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

Add coriander if you want to get really twisty
"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.

In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."

I'd love to know how that happened by accident.

    It sounds delish.

Interesting. For some reason, I can't taste coriander seed, if that's what you mean. I can taste cilantro leaves, of course.

Ha - the story's not that interesting - I had just cooked some garlic in lemon juice for a separate dish and didn't bother washing teh pan before cracking the eggs in

It was delish though! Lemon is the one staple in all my cooking... now I can even bring it in to eggs, ha.

DIdn't use any fat, but you can, of course.

And yeah - fresh coriander / cilarntro leaves! Don't forget teh turmeric
