Made this by accident and was astounded by the taste sensation.
Drizzle some lemon into a frying pan, add some turmeric.
Crack in your eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
Add coriander if you want to get really twisty![]()

Interesting. For some reason, I can't taste coriander seed, if that's what you mean. I can taste cilantro leaves, of course.

nice idea, been looking for a way to liven up fried eggs recently.

Ha - the story's not that interesting - I had just cooked some garlic in lemon juice for a separate dish and didn't bother washing teh pan before cracking the eggs in
It was delish though!Lemon is the one staple in all my cooking... now I can even bring it in to eggs, ha.
DIdn't use any fat, but you can, of course.
And yeah - fresh coriander / cilarntro leaves! Don't forget teh turmeric![]()
