    Hello all I am Heather a newbie to the forum. I have read almost all of Mark's books (I am knee deep into his newest one) I have been weening myself into Primal for a little under a month and find I quite enjoy it.

    Welcome Heather! I have been primal since Thanksgiving. I am still learning a lot. Good for you that you're reading Marks books. Great place to start!
