(Primal for a long long time with not primal binges)
BLAAAAAAAH!
I successfully completed one week of a leptin reset! WOOHOO! Then I decided to eat some chocolate, and pretty soon I could not stop. An extra large hershey (Dark). This started my first primal binge.
TONS of Brussel Sprouts, Tons of eggs, Fruit, Chicken, Lots of carbs.... I feel so disappointed in myself. I look about 15 pounds heavier too. In my thighs?!!?!?

I'm mostly venting. But I hate when this crap happens. It was so uncontrollable! Trust me I tried. I went on a small sprint. I feel like I've gained a million pounds. BAH! Well.... While the night is young any tips? Hints, advice, comfort?
