So this morning I finally managed to drag my behing out of bed at 5am to get in some lifting before work (it was my new years res, at least I did it eventually!!). I'm at the gym at 530, home at 630 and out the door at 715.

Made the error of trying to eat sweet potato, fried eggs and black pudding. Felt super sick (still do!), which is not great because its so hot here now, and I have to cycle to work. Obviously the cooked breakfast is not an option.

So i'm wanting ideas to eat at work, it has to be portable and substantial (hard boiled eggs won't cut it!) and tasty. I have some decent protein powder, but I'd rather stick with real food.
