    When a doctor hinted that Paleo was a fad diet my response to him is now my sig to this board
    Would I be putting a grain-feed cow on a fad diet if I took it out of the feedlot and put it on pasture eating the grass nature intended?

    Yeah, I would also point out that they use corn and grain as a way to fatten all feedlot animals xD

    I always feel kind of bitchy and insensitive when I say that. I know people who cut are dying inside. But people who are eating themselves to a slow death are not that different. I know that too, because I was one of them. It wasn't until I faced up to that that I was able to get a grip.
