What isn't covered by the basic 4 PB exercises?

    Primal Fuel
Pushups, pullups, squats, planks cover most muscle groups but is there anything major that isn't covered? Specifically I want to get bigger deltoids and feel like that's kind of left out of the basic PB fitness plan.

My favorite delt exercise is a standing military press. Its a good compound exercise, and besides who doesn't like lifting things over their head?

That being said, push-ups do work the anterior delt as well.

Yeah I'll second that, pushups work the anterior delt.

Are you looking for bodyweight exercises only or do you have access to a gym or any equipment?

I have a pair of dumbbells and a resistance band. My anterior delt is more developed than my posterior delt, probably from doing pushups most days.

Do shoulder presses and lateral raises to build up your medial deltoid. Rear delt raises can help isolate the posterior deltoid. You can do all of these with dumbbells.

There are probably some good instructions on how to do these on YouTube.

I thought there were 5 movements, the 5th being overhead press variations. Like jack-knife press, handstand pushups, etc.

There were, but for some reason the overhead press/handstand variations were dropped from the latest version.
