My favorite delt exercise is a standing military press. Its a good compound exercise, and besides who doesn't like lifting things over their head?
That being said, push-ups do work the anterior delt as well.

Yeah I'll second that, pushups work the anterior delt.

I have a pair of dumbbells and a resistance band. My anterior delt is more developed than my posterior delt, probably from doing pushups most days.
Do shoulder presses and lateral raises to build up your medial deltoid. Rear delt raises can help isolate the posterior deltoid. You can do all of these with dumbbells.
There are probably some good instructions on how to do these on YouTube.

I thought there were 5 movements, the 5th being overhead press variations. Like jack-knife press, handstand pushups, etc.
