It's time, people.

Time to stop with the weak excuses.

Time to set a good example for friends and family.

Time to fully inhabit my being and achieve its full potential.

In other words, it's time to get off my butt and embrace my inner Grokette.

I have the tremendous fortune to live in a community that takes 'hunter-gatherer' quite literally and supports all manner of active lifestyle. Wish me well as I, braced with sass and conviction, embark on life's next chapter.

Thanks for the suggestion, smalot. I'd never thought of blogging the experience. Nothing motivates quite like accountablility, right?

Exactly. It becomes public and you have to stick to it. You have to write about it good or bad. There is not point sugar coating it because your only lying to yourself. I'm 24 days in and had 2 bad days so I'm pretty happy.
