I wish I could claim that I kept low body fat that easily... As I'm sure you read, I can't and a still have a ways to go But she does sound like someone who might belie the common impression that women just don't naturally have much lean mass. Like all human beings, there's a continuum.
And as far as being athletic, the only things I was around the best at in gym were lifting and ping pong, so I'm not sure I can claim that title! (Hint: if you want to do well in doubles ping pong in middle/high school, make yourself disagreeable so you don't have a partner, then proceed to hit the ball as close to the middle of the opponents' side as possible. Works like a charm!)
