    Raw greens blocking nutrients?

I recently read that eating raw greens (lettuce, spinach) blocks certain nutrients absorption. Now I'm afraid to eat salad! Ridiculous or true? Anyone know?

Not true unless you have some severe health problems. Do a search on Chris Kresser's site for more info.

Having the right level of nutrients in garden topsoil is essential to the perfect garden. The best way to get the most out of your garden is to nurture it with nutrients. Do this by testing the topsoil and feeding it what it needs so that it can give the most that it has to offer.
