Before you reply to this, I do know these things

Yes I know I should be eating the real ginger root instead of ginger supplements
Yes I know some supplements will have different reactions to different individuals and their unique genetic makeup, metabolism, stomach flora, hormones, yadda yadda yadda
Yes I know grok consumed minerals naturally like Shilajit instead of ordering online!

That being said, because I love hearing about different supplements and I just like reading and trying, here is my small list-no ranking but 4 that that I have felt has given me the most satiety, good feelings, and energy

1. Moringa Oleifera
2. Ecklonia cava
3. Maca
4. L-Arginine

Any other recommendations from personal experience? Thanks to anybody that replies.
