My name is a word play on Yogi Bear, which my little bro has called me since we were kids. Then last year I did Yoga teacher training and the "Yogi" (a person who studies Yoga) suddenly became literalBeing "bare" is a part of Yogic philosophy that refers to the essence of who we are, beyond the images we present. Which I felt was kind of like Primal.
Plus I did most of my Yoga training in a bikini

Jecka = a nickname I've had my whole life
I had to add the "Miss" to the front of it because "Jecka" was already taken.
