Thats interesting thanks MM![]()
I just want to congratulate you on clearly actually getting what the PB is about. I'm in a different place in my Primal journey than you are, but mine are:
To spend less time being "productive" and more time being introspective and quiet. Part of this means putting less pressure on myself to meet physical/training goals and enjoy the process (means) and less emphasis on the result (end).
More sun on skin time would be great too, but the weather in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic is not making that easy at the moment.
To produce some of my own food (hunting small game, growing some veg. on my balcony) and feel more of a connection to it and the world.
I did get it in the beginning but then got distracted by all the tweaks.
Def more sun time here too, now we are going to school every day, we walk a little way in the sun.
I even took out current weight/ goal weight from signature, as its not my focus.
Just being healthy and showing my children the right things to eat is most important. We don't buy packaged things at all or any grains, so will keep up with that.
