So is it his expert opinion that you've recovered from your ED? I don't know, maybe it's just really hard for people who have never had an ED or body image issues to understand it?
Oh, if I took a bite of a McDonald's burger, I think I'd enjoy the taste too. I have a weakness for McDonald's. I think it has to do with how great they are at marketing to children. The theory is that if they make you really like them when you're a kid, you'll develop an irrational attachment to them as an adult. Totally worked on me. I was vegetarian for about a year, and the ONE thing I REALLY missed the whole time was the Filet O Fish. Gross, huh? Yup.
As long as your not consistently rating the wrong foods or eating more than your body needs, it should even out.
Nothing wrong with a froyo a few times a month either, but long as it isn't a trigger food for you causing binges in worse foods.
Do you think the zit breakout could've been due to the gluten in the burger bun?
My bf never realised that he had any gluten sensitivity until his skin cleared up after cutting it out. Now if he eats bread he'll usually get a breakout.

In what world is 1600 calories a huge amount?
Hmmm, I'm going to assume that Misabi has quite a few typos going on and say that she really means "1600 isn't a huge amount." I've noticed an autocorrect trend :P ha
Also, I had the breakout before I ate the gluten, so it wasn't that. It's just my hormones going crazy. I've been reaaaaalllly thinking about looking into fennugreek extract for my lady issues ever since I saw PaleoMom posting about it.
Should I change my name!?
