3:30am-12pm. My bf elbowed me in the temple in his sleep and it woke me up a long time. lol.

8 mile elliptical run.
B: Coffee/almond milk/stevia. Gelatin+rosewater+sugar+stevia. 1 small mango
S: pieces of freeze-dried pineapple, 4 marcona almonds, 1 honeydew spear with prosciutto. 3 figs.
D: ~80g (cooked) lamb, ~70g chicken, 3 large shrimp (skewers) with ~1/2c rice, 1/2 roasted tomato, and some undressed salad.
S: 1 Sin-full bar, 1c 0% greek yogurt, cacao/maca powder, stevia, sugar. Might have a few more almonds? PUFAs ;_;
Drinks: coffee, almond milk, lotsa water, sleepy tea, rosewater, perrier.
Cravings: I didn't know that we were going over to my bf's parents' house for dinner tonight until I got home from the gym, and I was kind of planning on having just a fruit and yogurt day, all day today. Obviously that didn't happen, but I'm not complaining because Persian food is always welcome in my belly! Also, I kind of wanted to go to the frozen yogurt shop and put naughty toppings on it, too. Oh well. Good news, though: I still haven't touched the cookies, and I am really proud of that! I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but I have a really hard time saying no to chocolate, and cookies. I'm just grateful they aren't choco-chip cookies! :O
Calories: hard time calculating this one, but I'm guessing 1300. I still have a few hours before sleeps though, so I might nibble a little more before I head off to bed.
Skin: My bf's dad (a doctor) refilled my retin-a-micro prescription, so I can pick that up tomorrow. Now I'm gonna have perfect skin forever!
Body: Achy. The muscles along my spine, and all over my back, are pretty sore. Even my abs hurt a little bit, which they never do. It makes me feel like the bodyweight stuff I do at home really helps to tone up my body more than I would've imagined.
Energy: Decent up until now. I really just want to lay down and relax because I don't feel too well.
Other: My head hurts a lot, and instead of just spotting, I'm having a full-blown menstrual cycle when I'm not supposed to be, according to my birth control pack. I just want to have a massage and eat chocolate and be stereotypical period girl, lol. But I can't!
Relationship/Fitness Update: So, today my boyfriend and I had a discussion about whether or not he should start lifting again. He said that if he started back up, then he would not be able to drink coffee, tea, or any kind of caffeine and would absolutely require massive amounts of peanut butter and protein powder to make the gains he truly wants. I said no, he would definitely not have to cut out caffeine to get muscular, and that protein powder and peanut butter are definitely not healthy options. I also told him that he should probably be more worried about consuming HFCS instead of being bothered by caffeine, and that if he just lifted weights properly, I would be able to help him out with the nutritional part of it since I'm constantly looking stuff up. He doesn't believe me, of course, when I say that peanut butter is bad for you and caffeine is good for you. Do any of you guys have any good stuff to back me up? I'm bad at looking things like that up, really! Also, do any of you guys have advice regarding his desire to gain muscle? He would also need to lose some fat, as I think he's around 25-28% right now.
I'm really hoping that he will start getting into lifting weights and being healthy again, just because he doesn't have anything except me and video games to occupy his time at the moment. I want him to become passionate about something, and I think that sharing this passion would help him to not feel "left out" when I always want to hit up the gym. Also, I'm tired of him standing there, staring at me whenever I'm lifting, and I want him to do his own thing!
