Btw, finishing our last conversation (about bread) - that's so great that you're noticing an improvement having given it up! Giving up gluten has definitely been amazing for my gut - I used to get the runs all the time and that's pretty much stopped. Still have the other problem though :P I'm on a daily bone broth diet too, so hopefully it will help.
