Sleep: Oh my god. My neighbor was getting some trees cut down this morning .... at 8am. I could not even attempt to sleep after they started sawing away! 2:30am-6am, then drifted off from 6:30ish-8am. x________x
Supplements: No change, except I've been drinking green tea matcha powder regularly now. Does that count as a supplement, or a drink?
Exercise: Cardio day. See COY.
Food: We were out and about for a while, so I ate on the go today!
B: Coffee, almond milk, stevia. Slenderize Fuze, matcha powder, peach detox tea.
L: Panera Bread Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad: ~85g chicken breast, greens, strawberries, blueberries, pineapples, blueberries, and pecans. Low-Fat Poppyseed Dressing on the side (it was grooossss so I didn't really use it.) ~100g apple.
PostWO: 16oz coconut water, Nugo Peanut Butter Protein Bar (gluten free. I didn't realize it had soy protein in it though, till after I already started eating it. So yummy though...damn.)
D: homemade BBQ ground chicken burger (112g) topped with tomatoes, onions and maybe a slice of bacon or prosciutto, 100g carrots & 100g green beans, tossed in olive oil & spices to make veggie fries. Some BBQ sauce/ketchup on the side.
S: (planned) 50g shredded raw carrots, 2T raisins, 1tsp sugar. Hot sleepy tea.
Drinks: water, coffee, almond milk, green matcha tea, peach detox tea, Slenderize Fuze, Rockstar + Hydration Lemon energy drink, bedtime hot tea, a sip of pineapple-orange juice.
Cravings: Yogurt. And a chocolate chip cookie. I did not have either. The nutrition bar kind of helped my cookie craving, but I don't have any yogurt left at the house. And it's National Frozen Yogurt week! lol any excuse to get FroYo.
Physical State:Skin: Ew.
Body: Worn down.
Digestion: Delayed since my sleep was disrupted, but fine. Kind of bloated, maybe from the processed protein powder and slice of bread I had yesterday, and I'm sure the nutrition bar didn't help anything today, either.
Energy: Zero... I could barely stay conscious for half the day...
Other: I was really thirsty and I peed like a jillion times today, wtf.
Mental State: Very agitated for most of the day. Being woken up by chainsaws can do that to a girl, though. Also, i was hoping for a good night's sleep last night since it hasn't been very good, lately. Today my SO had a dentist appointment, and I waited around for him. I could barely stay awake while trying to read the magazines, my eyes were so heavy. We ran some errands and ate some food, then our friend wanted to hit the gym with us since I can bring a free guest along. After waiting around for him for longer than I wanted to, we worked out. When I was finished, I felt really gross and absolutely starving, so I got a quick snack at the convenient store. My bf commented and said that he was surprised I was so hungry since we'd eaten at Panera. This made me feel immensely guilty for being hungry, like I shouldn't experience that feeling just because he wasn't hungry. However, my salad wasn't that substantial compared to his big roast beef sandwich with extra cheese, and potato chips, and a soft drink, so he really shouldn't have said anything like that. I don't even know why it bothered me so much. Like, I honestly work out so hard and he expects me to not be hungry? Blah. I'm a crabby patty I'm gonna paint my nails and go to sleeps....
