Girl, I hear you on buying the ice cream and being worried you won't be able to resist. All I can tell you is that: I'm living proof that it's possible. Wow... That feels amazing to write!!!
Honestly, my BED was so severe at one point, and now I know I'm on the path to peace with food. I can see from your progress that you're going that way too. Don't stress about the corn cakes - eat them! You're lean and vigilant and you exercise. If you want ice cream or whatever but you're afraid you'll binge - make it an event and go out for it. Eventually you'll get to the point where you can have it in the house.
I'm really sore the last few days too - hasn't happened to me in ages. I think I might be dehydrated...
"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.
In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."
