Sleep: Horrible apocalyptic nightmare last night! 1:30am-1pm. Sleeping pills, blah! Still very groggy and hungover feeling today. Took a nap 3pm-5:30pm. Woke up much happier.
Supplements: Made sure to take all my vitamins today. Fish oil, adequate dose of l-glut, and probiotic.
Exercise: I don't even feel like reaching for my coffee cup today, much less exercising at all. Today will be a relaxation day. I might even take a nap.
Edit: ended up taking a leisurely walk for 1.5 miles, and tried to do a 1hr yoga session, but only got halfway through. Better than nothing!
Food: Just coffee so far. I had so much yesterday (estimated ~2000) I'm going to have a "low" day today. Lots of ACV, coffee, tea, water, and maybe some raw veggies & fruit. If I get too hungry, though, I will maybe have some seafood and cooked veg.
Edit: lol! So much for fasting! Ha.
B: coffee, almond milk, stevia.
L: 1 shredded beef taco, 1/2 corn tortilla eaten only. Later, 1/4 small cantaloupe.
S: 0% Greek yogurt, carrots, raisins, ginger paste, cinnamon, 5 almonds.
D: huge green salad: baby cucumber, carrots, spinach, green beans, pickled beets.
S: bowl of non-gmo air popped popcorn with spray coconut oil and cocoa powder sprinkled on. Later, a banana.
Drinks: energy drink, coffee, water, blueberry iced tea, chocolate almond milk (hmade w stevia and cocoa powder) hot sleepy tea.
Cravings: ice cream, sugary stuff.
Physical State: Tired, worn down. Hip joint feels better, though. Head kind of hurts, and I'm sluggish.
Mental state: Foggy, worn down, and blank feeling. Didn't do much today so far so there's nothing real to report. Hoping today will be the end of my depressed state, and tomorrow I can get back on track with eating properly, exercising, and being productive. After such a backlash, the bull needs to rest and gather strength back to move forward. A setback is not a setback; it is a reset with which to progress with more experience than before.
