I'm going to sound like the anti-supp Queen, but I would hold off on the fish oils. I mentioned to you before, there is emerging research that they're not as good as people thought. Their success in reducing inflammation is because they suppress the immune system, but they make people feel good initially, so they get the rep for being a wonder cure. I can send you some info if you like.
Sounds like this phase of journalling is giving you a lot of clarity I'm guessing that you've thought about how you can channel that restlessness into something that you can build upon? I really believe that without self expression the human spirit shrivels up and life becomes meaningless.
"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.
In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."
