Do any of you use protein powder? If so, favorites?

I have found it very useful for weight loss and getting in some extra protein without added calories.

I have been primal for a few years after learning about primal eating and the weston a price foundation. Before that I lost a ton of weight, based on CW, but it worked!

When I started full blown Primal, I was eating too much, too many calories, and I've gotten off track. I am now trying to get on track, so I am looking at calories. I KNOW this isn't Primal, but everyone's different, and it works for me. I am still eating plenty of nutrients and enough protein to keep my lean body mass intact.
