It doesn't for me. It never has. I hope some day, when I'm in balance again, it will. I know many others for whom it also does not work. Right now, and for the last 15 years, fruit makes me have uncontrollable cravings for all kinds of sugar & grains, and will not allow me to have a moment's peace without thoughts of more food, no matter how little or how much I eat of it. However, fruit is ALWAYS better than processed sugars; potatoes are ALWAYS better than wheat; etc.
I also agree that if you have a free T3 that is low in the range, that it would be wise to address that and get it stable before conceiving.
