Hello all

My name is Tim, and I am only a week into this primal journey. I am hoping that all the benefits I have heard about are true and that I see them happen in my own experience. I live in the Dallas\Ft Worth Metroplex in TX. Starting out at 181lbs. I am 5'7", 31 and ready for a change in my life. The thinking behind the Primal Blueprint seems like a logical first step. I am also exercising at least 4 days a week, if not 5-6 but not killing myself. Being a meat lover, this way of eating fits me and adding uber veggies is no big deal either. I don't enjoy sweet stuff so sugar isn't a problem but even after a week of no grains at all, I feel really good. Any advice or tips or personal experiences you can offer are always appreciated. I look forward to looking back in a year (Maybe less?) and seeing how my life has changed for the better.
