Yeah, not 5 lbs. Your talking a range for individuals but 100g is a good general estimate. Some say like 3-4 grams of water to each gram of glycogen so your not really gonna get over a pound loss out of just liver glycogen. Add some muscle glycogen to the mix though and you may get there.
Either way your talking bacon and roughage, so I'm leaning toward bloating and water weight anyhow.
