Weight is holding this morning, but feeling a bit bloated.

[5:20 pm] Workout that I didn't do yesterday because my back was acting weird-40 min walking

I've been pretty hungry the last couple of days, but I also had one small breakout so I'm thinking this might be when I would have had that time of month were I still having them so that might explain it...I always used to get hungrier at that time of month. I'm back down in weight this morning...equal to my lowest since starting Primal.
I think I might by a NutriBullet today to see if I can get in a few more veggies. I am not interested in making a really sweet drink, so I may try just a small amount of spinach and broccoli and maybe a little cucumber with just half an apple or something....dunno yet. May change my mind when I get to the store.
I started going through my cabinets this morning throwing out some old stuff, some not so good stuff and my plan for later is to start getting rid of old appliances/junk I never use anymore so I can make my space more efficient. (Otherwise, there is no space for that NutriBullet, lol.)

Uggg, another night where sleep was interrupted. Was soooo very tired, that I kept falling asleep on the couch while reading, so at 7:40 I went to bed. Was just getting relaxed and comfy when my doorbell rang and also heard knocking. Since I sleep with a fan on, I wasn't sure it was mine (live in a 4 unit condo), but went down to check anyway. Didn't hear anything after that, but by then I was wide awake--not helping matters was the fact that we've had an increase in crime in my area in the last few weeks. I finally went to bed about 10:30, and did manage to fall asleep, but woke up at 4:00 (my usual time). Feeling pretty good so far in spite of all that and having NOT slept well the night before either.
BUT, I AM down another little bit, so am at my lowest weight in a few months. That's 3 pounds down since I started EMF last week.
Up for today...cooking for my work lunches for the week, a walk to Starbucks/Farmer's Market/Walgreen's and maybe Bed, Bath and Beyond, and cleaning out some of my kitchen cabinets of stuff I don't use anymore.

Slept a bit better last night but still a bit restless. Maybe it's the weather change...it's been warm the last few days and I typically sleep better when it's a bit on the cool side.

[12:15 pm] 1/4 of a Akaushi beef sausage; 1 Akaushi beef frankfurter (totally didn't need to eat this, but wanted to try them) and about 5 cubes of fruit (melon, mango, pineapple, canteloup)
[5:20 pm] Full fat greek yogurt; 5 slices bacon; 2 squares Lindt 90%
Well, I'm not happy about overeating today....I really don't like the feeling. Not physical, but the mental feeling. The physical wasn't too bad...I didn't eat enough quantity to feel bad physically, but it feels like I let myself down. Tomorrow is another day and I'll try to remember this feeling the next time I have a choice like this.

I'm up a little bit from the aftermath of yesterday's overeating, but not by much. I definitely have a problem with protein, lol. Proteins are my favorite foods of all, and it's easy for me to overeat them. It's also easy for me to overeat carbs. So, today I've decided to try some coconut oil...sort of along the lines of the SLD, but I'm not really doing it for the weight loss, though that would be nice. Rather, I'm going to replace some of the excess proteins I eat with some really healthy oil.

Okay, I'm attempting to manage my distribution of nutrients today, but I need to go grocery shopping so I'm working with what I've got, lol.
I've not been hungry in the mornings, so I'm going to take advantage of that by just having my morning coffee with heavy cream on the way to work and some chicken broth with butter for my morning "snack" at work. Once I go grocery shopping I'll buy something else to have with the coffee.

[7:00 am] 1 cup organic chicken broth with butter
[11:00 am] 4 oz ground beef with approx. 24 black olives

Not the healthiest of menus, but working with what I've got.
And, I forgot the most important thing...I actually forgot to eat breakfast. I meant to, but I just forgot, lol. That's never happened to me before.

Could not sleep well again last night...not sure if it's the change in time, change in weather or a combo of both and something else. Woke up at 2:20 am, then finally got up around 3:40 and just did a gentle 45 minutes of exercise. I'm showered, fed, exercised, Facebook game played and dressed and it's just 6:00 am, lol.
My plan for today is that I have no plan...what I eat today depends on what I buy at the grocery store later, but I do know that I will have something at Starbuck's whilst out shopping with my mom and aunt.
