Is there a Kerrygold butter shortage?

    Primal Fuel
I shop in several local natural-centric and typical grocery stores, most of which carry Kerrygold butter, but I haven't seen any in weeks! Has anyone else noticed this? I am going to ask the store(s) next time I can't get any.

Plenty at Trader Joes, though they were out of salted over the holidays.

Our closest TJ's is about 36 miles; 65 miles for Whole Foods.

I thought that the KerryGold and other butters made with milk from pasture fed animals were a seasonal thing.

The Canadians have caught on and are making frantic cross-border shopping trips since we can't get it here...

But we can get the cheese - there has been a shortage of Dubliner in my neighborhood.

I buy the products year-round, but cheese and butter have a long shelf life, so it might be seasonal at the source, but the way they distribute it lasts all year, I guess.
