Your Take on yogurt?
Im new to PB and I was wondering what everyones take is on Yogurt. What kind should I eat. My main goals again are
HEALTHY LIFE STYLE

Does your system handle dairy well?

Full fat raw Greek organic, if you can get your paws on it. Otherwise remove raw and/ or Greek from the previous and see what you can find. If it's in a package, read the label to make sure it's JUST yogurt and they aren't trying to put other crap in it. Personally, I don't bother with the probiotic ones, they're overpriced, oversugared and generally the cultures are dead when you get to them.
you can make your own with raw milk if you get ahold of it with kefir... long process but i hear the end results are yumm!
I reserve yogurt for twice/week after my 2 hardest workouts. I eat higher carbs on those days and it's a relatively moderate source of protein.
