Olives are an option. There's no problem with taking a couple spoons of coconut oil each day to increase fat...or add a little more butter to your veggies.

I just would like to know where everyone gets the majority of their dietary fat from on a day-to-day basis. It seems like if I were to reduce the amount. Of nuts, seeds, and nut butters that I consume, I would have a hard time reaching a reasonable amount!
Right now, I also use avocado, olive oil, coconut products (oil, milk, flakes) and eggs to up my fat intake for the day. What are y'all's fat "staples" that you love to use on a daily basis and are very satisfying? (I don't want to put a stick of gassed butter in my coffee or eat spoonfuls of coconut oil just to reach the minimum, and I do want to reduce my nut and seed intake)

Started Cross Fit 20.12.12 ---- Can't wait to submit my success story on the 1st anniversary of starting primal.
Most of my fat sources are cheese, butter, eggs, ghee, cream and ice cream, coconut oil, olive oil, palm oil, and fat in meats. Nuts and seeds and olives and avocado to a lesser degree.
Butter, HWC, coconut oil, from meat of course, sour cream, and avocado.
What is HWC? And I guess I can make the switch from Fage 2% to Fage total (Greek yogurt) but I tend to only eat fermented dairy products, if any. Whole olives was a good suggestion, I didn't even think of that for some reason, haha. Also, I am still experimenting with my ability to cook more expensive cuts of meat, I'm a bit scared ill ruin it and waste money!
Also, if I start buying canned fish (tuna, herring, salmon, anchovies, sardines, etc) but make sure they are the best quality I can find, is that acceptably Primal?
Egg yolks. I shoot raw egg yolks on random occasions. Usually couple or a few at a time. Other than that I stick to buying bone in fatty (i.e. large) cuts of meat.
I guess my most common fat sources are cooking fat (bacon, butter, coconut oil); fat in meat & eggs; avocado; coffee cream and yogurt;
I don't eat nuts very often.

*My obligatory intro
There are no cheat days. There are days when you eat primal and days you don't. As soon as you label a day a cheat day, you're on a diet. Don't be on a diet. ~~ Fernaldo

I use copius amounts of coconut milk. Also, fat from the meat I eat, coconut oil, butter, olive oil, fish, and cod liver oil in that order I would say.
