Here's what I would do in your situation: spend the next two weeks gorging on nutrient dense foods while sleeping as much as you can without being expelled, fired or divorced.
breakfast:
5 egg yokes
2 cans of sardines in EVOO
two big, raw carrots unpeeled
Lunch:
big ass spinach salad with chicken/salmon on top
1 orange
1 banana
Dinner:
liver & onions
sweet potato with butter
Coconut milk + blue berry + lime juice + molasses smoothie
supplements:
magnesium
zinc
potassium
