I bought some products from there.I am scared to try them as I have been dairy, grain and sugar free since Jan.2nd.

Others might have bolded the Splenda, but I figure you already have an opinion as to whether Splenda is good or bad for you.Great taste, no calories - we use only the finest ingredients in Walden Farms Specialties. Concentrated Natural Flavors. Walden Farms irresistibly sweet calorie free specialties are prepared with real fruit extracts, concentrated natural flavors, rich cocoa and other natural flavorings, all sweetened with Splenda. Our savory specialties are made with hundreds of freshly ground herbs and spices, concentrated natural flavors and the finest aged imported and domestic vinegars. See for yourself.
There is no legal definition for "natural flavors." In my mind, if you have to hide specific ingredients under a fuzzy label like "natural flavors/ingredients," well, you have something to hide.
In addition, I don't know the serving size that equals zero calories. For eg., five sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (not a Walden Farm product, just a product I happen to know) is listed as zero calories. However a search online finds various sites that state that a tablespoon of the stuff has between 50 and 75 calories.
All that said, if you use it sparingly, I doubt it will kill you. Just don't assume that if 2 tblsp = 0 cal, a whole cup of the stuff will = 0 cal. And don't assume "natural" means the same thing to you as it does to a large company.

I have heard the pancake syrup is good, and haven't heard any horror stories of digestive distress.
However I can only personally speak for the peanut butter.
DON'T EAT THE PEANUT BUTTER.
It seriously tastes awful.
eta: Any version of fudge sauce or ranch dressing that you make on your own is going to taste better X abzillion

I tried the stuff once and it didn't bother my gut, but the ingredient list is pretty frightening.

"I'm not a psychopath, I'm a high-functioning sociopath; do your research."
Make your own ranch dressing out of homemade aioli and herbs. You can have fat... no need to eat frankenfoods.
And... if you eat dairy and chocolate- melt chocolate in heavy cream= ganache= something a lot more like hot fudge than what they probably produce.
Honestly.... you just can't eat stuff like hot fudge all the time. Work on making a diet of whole foods that keeps you happy and helps you meet health goals, then enjoy occasional treats. Don't eat engineered crap- learn to eat the real deal on occasion.
