Sounds like you've made the distinction between health vs. fitness. A good perspectuve to keep! I'm on board with that too, even though - and it's true - food did give me the abs I was always looking for. But that's just vanity, not health or fitness!
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
