    Day 21; made through day 20 without eating sweets. One month ago today I gave up pop, soda, diet soda, fruit juice and anything with sugar in it. Now its been nothing but water, coffee and tea.

    Day 25; made through day 24 without eating sweets, not even at a birthday party with cake last night.
    Must of missed a day somewhere along the line. Anyways, no sweets in the past 24 days.

    Made through the month of February without eating sweets. Thank you marthat and darienx19, I greatly appreciate it.
    Since I started January 21st without soda, juice or alcohol and February 1st without sweets, I've lost about 30 lbs and 4 inches off my waist.

    I'm going to continue this into March and see how far I can go. I'm also going to start with a workout program at least three days per week. The program will consist of body weight exercises and walking.

    I'll also continue with my eating plan that is pretty much like the Perfect Health Diet.
