    Hi all! Ok, between trying to write a paper,working, being a mom and wife...I have to take time to keep up with this thread! Wowo! You guys are moving right along! Looks like everyone is doing well. I am not quite reaching my calories for the day, but I am not hungry. Meh..I'm not going to stress over it. I'll eat when I hungry. What a change from a week ago when I felt like I couldn't get enough food! Blessings!

    My son and I share a computer at home, and he uses google chrome. So we give each other our privacy and I use firefox.

    Demuralist - Definitely 1.7m and a small frame (my weight was 123.5lbs for about 4 years - fit and healthy, perhaps a bit low) - (but will be happy to reach 130lbs) - (not to sure about the inches then) :-)

    adavison, I'm a working mom and wife who is also taking her last semester of grad school... this thread is a monster unless I read during work - which consequently is also when I do my homework... lol

    I have a paper and two presentations due tonight... please folks, don't go crazy while I'm gone today to do my homework.

    I'm 5'6" and 120 is a good spot for me (pretty slim). That's without much muscle, though. 125 would be fine, depending on build, for 5'7".

    Thx - what do you think the daily calories should be - and stupid question how do I increase my fat %, eating less protein and carbs and more fat??

    I try, I have them blocked on facebook too, I trust them and want my privacy as well as giving them theirs.
