I have cracked the cardio or gym workouts yet--that is definitely the missing puzzle piece. I definitely to get on that. Although it was lovely to ride bikes with kids to school this morning. Leisurely for sure, but still i was out there moving my legs.
Oh and I am down again this morn - 1# - (the same 1# i was up yesterday). BUt that feels nice. I am wondering how long i"ll hover/wobble at 153 before breaking through? I'm feeling good - positive - and in part to the encouragement on here over the past 2 weeks.

Congrats on the total loss. Amazing!!! As long as you can keep buying a size smaller over time, that all that really matters.
Isn't our weight always swinging anyways? I'm 3-5lbs heavier by the time I go to sleep everyday. It could also be the clothes weighed yourself in.

I had a question though to those of you who use Ketostix. Mine never get darker than having a "small" amount of ketones. Is that normal or should they be getting darker?
Marissa, any level of purple means you are in ketosis. I'm actually going to test in a week to see if I am still running in ketosis on my new n=1 plan.

I'm a bit shocked by the loss in weight. I was just at 212 a couple days ago. It's like a roller coaster ride, clicking along up the tracks and all of sudden a quick downhill ride, then back up again and then down again. When I started, i was at 213 then down to 209. Hopefully next week, I'll go to 211 and then down to 207.
Wondering if the couple of days of 2000 kcals kicked started it. But I did eat 2,280 kcal yesterday with a higher than normal amount of protein. So confusing.
