    Hi all. Could you take a look at my food diary for today and see where I can add some fat without adding protein or carbs, and without doing a shot of coconut oil or ingesting any sweeteners? I'm only at 66% for fat.

    I can't see your diary because I'm not on MFP, but one of the easiest ways to increase fat is to eat an ounce of macadamia nuts.

    Not that I tolerate any of these (): dairy, coconut (milk, butter, flakes), olives, avocados.

    I bought macadamia nuts yesterday --- holy cow! $15.99 a pound! Thats $1 an ounce! I can hear my wallet squeeling just thinking about it! Anybody know of a better place to get then? I bought them in bulk at Fred Meyer (Krogers). Maybe I'll look online.

    I'm about at that same fat %age. Its hard for me to get above 70% - I don't do the oil shots --- GAG!

    Weight is down today! I'm working to see 177 by the 31st. Thats my primal low - and thats my goal to bounce into April!

    I use LOTS of butter to keep my fat high! LOTS! I cook my eggs in 2 TB every morning. I put it on fish when I'm baking or frying - and I put it on veggies.

    Jenn, I've been doing the bouillon sometimes with a tablespoon of butter in it.

    Gets the fat up, keeps you fuller longer, and by God, it's freaking tasty as all get out.
