So I'm new to the primal lifestyle, and I'm struggling to get my 4 year old to try anything that's not goldfish crackers or cheerios for snacks. He's pretty good at eating fruit and eggs, and the only veggie he will eat right now is spinach. So does anyone have some proven kid-friendly recipes for snacks ("diaper bag friendly") and meals that are toddler approved? I have tried some recipes from the Wheat Belly Cookbook and from the Primal Quick and Easy Meals, but he looks at it and says the standard "i don't like that". And he has gone to bed hungry before, so I'm not a total pushover. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
