I can't get over all the wonderful replies to my query. This forum is really is a great source of advice, reassurance and frankly, comfort. So what I'm going to do on my vacation is this: I WILL enjoy the cruise and the food. I WILL not eat when I'm not hungry, and I WILL eat the good stuff when I am. I WILL do some exercise on board. I WILL eat clean and/or fast when I get home and I WILL not stress out if I put on a pound or two. It WILL come off again. Thank you very much!
