Hi my name is Eli. I´ve always had problems with attention span. I was recently diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder, but I also have problems with iron absorption. I adopted a GAPS-primal diet, and all my symptoms improved.
I am currently living in Spain, but I will be in Britain in a couple of weeks. I´m moving to a small village in Hampshire.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Its nice to hear that you are improving and you will soon be fine. You can also eat fruits and vegetables which are rich in iron to get better and quick results.
