Happy, do you notice any differences when using your grounding mats? I tried once to ground myself at night with a copper wire and i could seriously feel energy flowing. It was a pain though so i stopped, always considering buying grounded bed sheets.

Frankly, I'm baffled. It's starting to look like Raw Vegan Land, where if you can't thrive on a fruit-only diet, you're either doing it wrong or it's your fault.

Hint: not everyone's metabolism is the same. A slim, healthy young male looking to lose 10-15 pounds of subcutaneous vanity fat does not have the same metabolic and hormonal environment as a post-menopausal woman who has already lost 100+ pounds on VLC.

If you're literally looking to lose three pounds, just do the Egg Diet -- eat only eggs for a week.
If you can't stop to consider how 10 freaking years of avoiding starch can disrupt the gut's ability to process it, I don't see how you can expect to be taken seriously as a diet & health guru.

I wish I could say I do! I'm sure that it works well for some people, but I don't notice a difference. Having my bare feet in the grass does have a noticeable effect though!
