I'm looking for a clear, concise guide to which type of fish and shellfish is OK to buy and consume.

I'd like it to contain info related to the best country of origin, the best catch/capture technique as well as the specific type of fish.

I know that with Salmon for example, the point of origin and catch technique (farmed, Alaskan, North Atlantic, etc.) is as important, if not more important, than the type of Salmon you choose.

It all gets a little confusing when you're trying to make an informed buying decision.

Any help in directing me to a guide will be appreciated!
