Leftover skim milk: what do I do with it?
So, I've got some fabulous non-homogenized whole milk on hand, and I'm letting a half-gallon settle for a few days so I can harvest the cream off the top. Looks to me like I'm gonna get about a cup and a half of cream and 6 and a half cups of skim milk out of this experiment. My question is this: is there a good culinary use for the leftover skim?
