Taste blood after... page

Does anyone else ever taste blood at the back of their throat after a grueling HIIT or sprint session?
I THINK that is what I am tasting but I can't be sure since there is no blood when I spit in the sink.

Uh, only this time I think. It's been an hour and the taste is gone now. Peculiar...

it goes away... got it every season starting up soccer. unless you're actually spitting blood, there's little concern, it's just the blood pumping thru the lungs (as it's supposed to do)
