You might want to consider (down the track) some of those online streaming classes like YogaGlo and stuff. Lots of diverse teachers and different kinds of practices.
I took yoga in college, then got away from it. Found another class after babies, then left it. But--I'm back! A friend introduced me to Seane Corn and I love her! I love how prayerful she is in her explanation of poses and really works on centering your mind. I only have one of her DVDs...Vinyasa Flow (something to that effect). Anyone else use her practices? Any others that you think I might like? Doing this at home allows me a much better chance of sticking with it!

I was looking at my DVD collection the other day and spotted one of hers. It really wasn't my thing and I haven't used it in years. I'd offer it to you but it's probably the same one you already have.
Meanwhile, my Shiva Rea is nowhere to be found and I LOVED that one.![]()
I think she has a few out there and I'd gladly take it if it;s not the same one! You know, I'm just getting restarted and I'm sure I'll branch out but hers was a great starting point for me!
