Magnesium cured my cramps, which I've had my whole life, long before Primal. My cramps were worse than any soreness, though always caused by overexertion, often in heat, and soreness associated. Baking soda is the fastest-acting cure for a nice death cramp that threatens to tear the muscle from your bones. But regular soreness? Just magnesium, time and good nutrition will fix just fine.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
