It's never too late, you are never too old!
I started Primal in mid 2011 and my husband sort of went along. Over time he ate less and less SAD and more Primal. I think he started at the age of 65 at 240 pounds.He got on the scale today and he is at 203 at the age of 66. That is only seven pounds away from the weight he was at when he was in fighting trim in the Air Force 45 years ago and less than he was at when i met him at the age of 31. His blood pressure is stellar, his bloodwork is wonderful and he is off of statins. His arterial ultrasound showed that they are excellent in spite of a heart attack 8 years ago being caused by plaque buildup. No sign of it now.This was without exercising other than what you get walking around on a normal day.
I call that a success story!
If your body is willing, your mind can push it to do some amazing things.
