    Primal Fuel
    Some of my friends were trying to convince me that carb-heavy foods like cereal and toast are the best things to eat in the morning because they're apparently the only things that give you actual energy and "keep you full". I was the only person not snacking on chocolate and granola bars during this conversation, which was happening during our school's morning break, roughly two hours after everyone had had breakfast.
    When I finally asked why everyone felt the need to eat at this point in the day they all told me it was because they were hungry.
    They still don't believe a word I say regarding carbs, grains or fat.

    ^I saw that. WTF. I would think toned people at a gym would be good for a gym, like "hey, check out that super hot chick, I bet she got that way by going to the gym!"
    Stumbled into Primal due to food allergies, and subsequent elimination of non-primal foods.

    Planet Fitness seems to present a strange dichotomy of a place to go work out where no one looks like they work out.
    I got 99 problems but a pancake ain't one...
