I have an FB friend who says that she has to eat off a divided plate so that she knows that she is getting her protein, starch and veg per meal. It's from years of following WeightWatchers/JennyCraig/NutriSystem, that if she doesn't get what she's "supposed" to, she feels cheated and overeats later. I told her that those weren't diets, they were businesses.
Another friend sat and listened to (my last ever) spiel about what I eat and why. Her take? "So, everything in moderation, right?"
