Looking over the canned tuna I brought home from BJ's last week: CONTAINS: TUNA, SOY. This isn't just the white can of Solid White Albacore, but even the "charge-you-more-because-it-is-allegedly better" gold can of Prime Fillet. (Canned tuna is the only fish I even occasionally eat.)

Maybe its different contents from different stores, but Bumble Bee Prime Fillet Solid White Albacore in Water, 6-Ounce Cans (Pack of 24): Amazon.com: Grocery & Gourmet Food does *not* list soy! (Mine came from BJ's wholesale club.

I am tempted to order from amazon just to return it if there is soy, since it does not list it as an ingredient. The Corporate website even lists the soy: http://www.bumblebee.com/products/1/...acore-in-water

The number of restaurants that are starting to proudly proclaim we serve "Grain fed chicken"
Eating primal is not a diet, it is a way of life.

What the hell else would you feed a chicken if it's not free range? Witches?
(Yes, I know battery farms feed chickens all sorts of nasties, but they don't advertise that.)

I want a restaurant that proudly advertises "bug-fed chicken" because I would eat there all the time.

My personal favorite was a box of plain tea for iced tea. It SHOULD only contain tea. The ingredient list included sugar, wheat gluten, cornstarch, and flavoring. WTF?!

Maybe they're trying to "help" us get our daily intake of fiber. Annoying.

Y'all made me paranoid enough to check my box of tea:
    Bigelow Earl Grey
Ingredients: black tea, natural oil of bergamot
    GLUTEN FREE
What's sad is that it is now necessary to put GLUTEN FREE on something that should NEVER have gluten in it in the first place!
