I used to have a teenaged employee who said, "My feet are the grossest part of my body. I don't even like to look at them."

    Several questions went unasked...

    Bad, I know.
I had thought about that after turning off the computer last night... wouldn't it be cannibalism, then?

That's when we'd give them the choice... if they've mended their evil ways, we don't eat them and welcome them with open arms to the tribe. If they're still spouting vegan propaganda (despite being forcibly removed from the lifestyle) and griping about killing da "poor defenseless critters" for "no justifiably viable reason", we welcome their flesh into our bellies!

Somehow I don't think eating people will win them over.

While I appreciate their emphasis of choosing whole foods over prepackaged ones, I knew before I even clicked the link that they would also push whole grains and low fat. If only they had "ambushed" a Paleo person.

A co-worker just brought in some Kroger Carb-Master yogurt and was extolling it's virtues at being low-carb (6 grams!!), cheap (only 40 cents), and really tasty. I looked it up...water, milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate, cream, modified corn starch, glycerine.... junk, junk, chemicals, junk, cultures --- "Passes the USDA requirement for active live cultures" <--like that makes a big difference!!

What ever happened to just milk/cream and cultures + a little fruit or honey if you want sweet yogurt? My other 2 co-workers (there's 4 of us total down here) just kept exclaiming over how great it was while I looked up the info, shook my head --- then typed this.

    *_* gotta luv dat CW!!

From the Kellogg's Web site: Kellogg provides a variety of other fiber-filled foods, including Kellogg’sŪ Froot LoopsŪ, Apple JacksŪ and Corn PopsŪ cereals; Kellogg’s FiberPlus™ bars and cereals; Frosted Mini-WheatsŪ cereal; and Special KŪ cereals and protein products.

These products are recommended for kids to start off their day so they get a whole 3 grams of fiber in one serving and will be ready to do well in school.
